What’s my HOME WORTH in today’s market?

The most popular home on® this week is more than just a house. “It’s a castle,” says listing agent Marti Jordan.

This castle in Los Angeles County wasn’t always quite so royal—it started as a humble ranch house. Not satisfied with the ordinary, the owners restructured the home into its current fortresslike configuration 33 years ago. Once a frog, the home’s now an opulent prince looking for a buyer to smooch it.

Beyond the regal structure on the premises, there’s value in the property itself.

“It’s on this vast land—it’s almost 2 acres. And the uniqueness and the location is amazing. It’s priced very well for all it has to offer,” says Jordan.

The runner-up this week is a charming renovated carriage house in Delaware. If the house itself doesn’t delight you, a beautiful stone farmhouse also comes with the property.

We were also entranced by a show-stopping mansion in the French Quarter of New Orleans, a storybook retreat in Pennsylvania, and a renovated classic home in Nebraska.

Watch the throne as you scroll through this week’s list of most popular properties.
